Residential Weekly Service FAQ's
The following terms and conditions apply to the service, but are not intended to represent a
contract. Either party may cancel the service at anytime. Any balance owed is due upon
Referrals-If you recommend my services to another pool owner and they
start the service you will receive a $25 credit toward your bill as soon as they
pay their full first month of service
Payment Terms- Service is billed at the beginning of the month for that
current service month and must be paid by the end of that current month in
order to insure uninterrupted service. If payment is not received by the 15th
there may be a 10% late charge, at my discretion
Repairs are billed when completed and are due that day unless you have
made prior arrangements. If the job requires the purchase of parts and/or
equipment equal to or greater than $100 that portion must be paid in
advance. You can pay using all major credit cards, bank draft, or Paypal
Unpaid bills will result in suspension or cancellation of service.
Rain and Freeze Visits- In the event of lightening storm or freezing
temperatures below 30 degrees, we may only check and add chemicals,
empty skimmers, and check on equipment. No refunds will be given for this
type of visit.
Heat Index of 110 degrees or above- In the rare event that the heat
index is over 110 degrees Fahrenheit we will come by at an earlier or later
time than usual to avoid the hottest part of the day.
Additional Cleanup Charges- In the event that the pool is unusually
dirty at time of service is started or in the event that the pool receives
excessive debris and/or dirt load due to landscaping, poor draining, severe
storms, etc. there will be an additional charge of $25.00 per half hour for each
half hour over the normal time.
Water Level- It is the homeowner’s responsibility to maintain
proper water levels.
